Bangalore Metro Eligibility Criteria:
- A Regular / Full-time Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience and a Regular / Full-time Postgraduate Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, MBA, MSW, or MA (Social Work) with a specialization in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Management, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Labour Welfare, or similar fields.
- Experience: Minimum 25 years overall post qualification experience for General Manager and Minimum 15 years overall post qualification experience for Deputy General Manager posts.
