Federal Bank Salary

Officer: Starting Basic Pay applicable to Officers (in Scale I) is ₹ 36,000 in the scale of pay ₹ 36,000 – 1490/ 7 – 46430 – 1740/ 2 – 49910 – 1990/ 7 – 63840/-

Associate: Starting Basic Pay (applicable to Associates) is ₹ 17900 in the scale of pay ₹ 17900-1000/ 3-20900-1230/ 3 – 24590-1490/ 4 – 30550-1730/ 7 – 42660-3270/ 1 – 45930-1990/ 1 – 47920/-

Federal Bank Eligibility Criteria:

Officer:

(1) Post Graduates (Master’s Degree) with a minimum aggregate of 60% from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India or approved by AICTE.
(2) Candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% or above throughout Class X, Class XII, Graduation, and Post-Graduation.

Associate:

(1) Graduates (Bachelor’s Degree) with a minimum aggregate of 60% from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India or approved by AICTE.
(2) Candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% or above throughout Class X, Class XII, and Graduation
