Western Railway Age Limit:
Minimum 15 years and Maximum 24 years as of 26/07/2023.
Upper Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST and 03 years for OBC.
Western Railway Stipend:
As per Apprenticeship Act.
Western Railway Educational Qualification:
10th class (Matric) examination passed or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
National Trade Certificate / ITI in relevant trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.
Western Railway Selection Process:
Selection will be on the basis of a merit list prepared in respect of all the candidates who apply against the notification.
The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks in matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done.
The panel will be on the basis of a simple average of marks in the matriculation and ITI.
Western Railway Application Fee:
A Non-Refundable fee of ₹ 100/-.
The Fee payment will have to be made online through a payment gateway – using debit card/credit card / Internet Banking / SBI Challan etc.

Eligible candidates are required to apply online through RRC Central Railway’s official website (www.rrc-wr.com).
Candidates should be in possession of an Aadhaar Card. At the time of registration, candidates have to fill 12 digits Aadhaar Card number.
The Candidates are required to upload their color photograph, Signature, Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate, and required photocopies of qualification marks.
