invites online applications from eligible GNM qualified candidates for 04 Months Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) Training for the 2022-23 session. Only online application will be accepted and vacancy shall be subjected to State reservation policy of Uttar Pradesh.

Age Limit:
Not less than 35 years as on 20th July 2022.
Upper Age Limit is relaxed by: 03 Years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / 05 Years for SC/ST / Plus 10 years for Persons with Disabilities.
Remuneration
₹ 10,000/- per month will be offered as stipend during the training period, which includes boarding & lodging allowances.
Maximum ₹ 35,500/- per month (₹ 20,500 per month salary plus up to ₹ 15,000 per month Performance Based Incentive).

Eligibility Criteria:
General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized Institute (OR) B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Institute/ University. Candidates who have General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized Institute.
Candidates must be registered as Nurse and Midwife from UP Nurses & Midwives Council and have valid registration certificate at the time of online submission of application.

Exam Details:
The Computer Based Test consisting of two sections of total 100 marks. Section-I (80 Marks) will consist of Professional Knowledge (Discipline related) and Section-II (20 Marks) will consist of General Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and Basic Computer knowledge with 100 multiple choice questions (MCQ).
Each question will carry 1 mark and there is NO NEGATIVE marking for wrong answer. The question paper shall be set in bilingual language i.e. English and Hindi only.
Exam Syllabus:
Paper-1: Midwifery and Obstetrical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, Health Education and Communication Skills & Environmental Hygiene, Mental Health Nursing, Nutrition, First Aid, Basic Anatomy and Physiology, Administration and Ward Management.
Paper-2: General Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and Basic Computer Knowledge.
