About the team:
We are a part of Online merchant onboarding team .
We do Risk Assessment of the merchant’ s platform(Web/App) whosoever requests for our PG services.

About the role: Ops and Support
Expectations/ Requirements
● Team handling
● Escalation management
Reporting management
● Hiring, training and 4. SOP management
Attendance and attrition management
● Internal and external stakeholder management
● Exp in Banking/ FinTech domain (good to have, not mandatory)
● Knowledge and understanding of gateway industry and updates
● Knowledge of SQL, Hive (good to have, not mandatory)
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
· Minimum 3 year of experience in Operations
· Excellent Communication skills both Written & Verbal
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent in MS office – excel, power-point .
