SBI Educational Qualifications
- Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) in any discipline from Government government-recognized University or Institution.
- Deputy Manager (Security): An Officer not below the Rank of Captain in the Indian Army or equivalent Rank in the Indian Navy / Airforce with a minimum 5 years of commissioned Service. OR An Officer not below the Rank of Assistant Superintendent / Deputy Superintendent / Assistant Commandant / Deputy Commandant of Indian Police / Para-military forces with a minimum of 5 years of service as an officer in such force.
- Manager (Security): An Officer not below the Rank of Major in the Indian Army or equivalent Rank in the Indian Navy / Airforce with a minimum 10 years of commissioned Service. OR An Officer not below the Rank of Deputy Superintendent / Deputy Commandant of Indian Police / Para-military forces with a minimum 10 years of service as an Officer in such force.
SBI Selection Process
Candidates who have applied for SBI Recruitment 2023 as Deputy Manager will be invited to participate following selection process:
Shortlisting: Meeting the minimum qualification and experience requirements alone does not guarantee a candidate’s invitation to an interview. The bank’s shortlisting committee will establish the criteria for shortlisting and will subsequently select the appropriate number of candidates for interviews, as determined by the bank. The bank’s decision to call candidates for interviews is final, and no correspondence regarding this matter will be entertained. Those who are shortlisted will receive invitations for interviews.
Interview: The interview process will carry a weightage of 100 marks, and the qualifying marks for the interview will be determined by the bank. No inquiries or appeals regarding this matter will be considered.
Merit List: The selection’s merit list will be arranged in descending order based solely on the interview scores obtained. If multiple candidates achieve the same cutoff marks, these candidates will be ranked in descending order based on their age in the merit list.
