Age Limit:
18 to 28 years as on 1st January 2023.
Age relaxation as per GoI Rules.
Pay Scales:
Constable: ₹ 19,900/- and minimum pay admissible of ₹ 19,900/- per month for three years from the date of joining in service.
Sub Inspector (SI): ₹ 35,400/- and minimum pay admissible of ₹ 35,400/- per month for three years from the date of joining in service.
Educational Qualifications:
Constable: 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Education Board/ University. In case of Ex-Servicemen, the minimum educational qualification shall be Matriculation.
Sub Inspector (SI): Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) from a recognized university, or its equivalent qualification.
Selection Process:
For Constable:
Stage-I: Stage-I will consist of two Computer Based, Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type Papers viz. Paper-I and Paper-II, of which Paper-II shall be qualifying in nature.
Stage-II: Stage-II will consist of Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Screening Test (PST). Both Physical Measurement Test and Physical Screening Test shall be qualifying in nature.
Stage-III: Stage-III will consist of Document Scrutiny.
For Sub Inspector (SI):
Stage-I: Stage I will consist of three Computer Based, Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type Papers viz. Paper I, Paper II and Paper III, of which Paper III shall be qualifying in nature.
Stage-II: Stage II will consist of Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Screening Test (PST). Both Physical Measurement Test and Physical Screening Test shall be qualifying in nature.
Stage-III: Stage III will consist of Document Scrutiny.

₹ 500/- for Ex-Serviceman (ESM) of Punjab, Lineal Descendants of ESM
₹ 600/- for SC/ST of all the States and BC of Punjab State & EWS only.
For Sub Inspector:
₹ 1600/- for General
₹ 750/- for Ex-Serviceman (ESM) of Punjab, Lineal Descendants of ESM
₹ 950/- for SC/ST of all the States and BC of Punjab State & EWS only.

Eligible Candidates would be first required to fill Online registration form.
The Candidates shall be required to fill in 15 district preferences to which the candidate would want to be allocated in case of final selection.
