OPTCL Age Limit:
Minimum 21 years and Maximum 32 years as on 1st March 2025.
Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST / SEBC / Women, Maximum 05 years for Ex-S and 10 years for PwBD.
OPTCL Pay Scale:
₹ 50,000/- per month during 01 year training period.
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Pay ₹ 56,100 – 1,77,500 (Level EE-2) with Initial Basic Pay of ₹ 56,100/- after completion of the one-year training period.
Besides the above Initial Basic Pay, DA, HRA or company accommodation, Medical Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance, LTC, Gratuity, National Pension System (NPS) and various loans & advances shall be paid as per applicable rules of the Corporation in force from time to time. The CTC per annum for the post of Assistant Manager would be around Rs. 15 lacs (approximately).

- Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institution (OR) Passing of Section-A&B of IE (India) in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
- The Candidate should have appeared and qualified GATE 2025 conducted by IIT, Roorkee and GATE 2025 score (Normalized Marks out of 100).
OPTCL Selection Process:
The Selection will be on the basis of GATE 2025 score and Personal Interview.

₹ 590/- for SC / ST / PWD category candidates.
