Minimum 21 years and Maximum 32 years as on 1st April 2023.
Upper Age Limit Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST / SEBC / Women / Ex-S, 10 years for PwBD.
OTPCL Salary:
During the training period, the OPTCL will be paid ₹ 50,000/- per month stipend.
After successful training, Pay Matrix is ₹ 56100 – 177500/- (Level EE-2).
On successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager (Electrical) in level EE-2 in the pay scale – Pay Matrix: Rs. 56,100- Rs. 1,77,500/.
OPTCL Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.E.) in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institution or Passing of Section-A&B of IE (India) in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
The candidates should hold GATE 2023 Marks in the EE paper.
Selection Process:
The Selection Process consists of marks obtained (out of 100) in the Electrical Engineering discipline paper of GATE 2023.
Personal Interview.

₹ 590/- for SC, ST, and PwBD category candidates.
