Salary

Chief Operating Officer (COO): ₹ 1,00,000/- per month
Chief Financial Officer (CFO): ₹ 80,000/- per month
Project Manager: ₹ 60,000/- per month
Assistant Project Manager: ₹ 40,000/- per month
Assistant Project Manager (Finance):  ₹ 40,000/- per month
Civil Engineers:  ₹ 40,000/- per month
Mobile Health Unit (Coordinator)/ CSR Field Coordinator:  ₹ 30,000/- per month

Eligibility Criteria

Chief Operating Officer (COO): Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) with recognized MBA or PG Degree/ Diploma in Management / Social work / Social Welfare / Rural Management / Rural Development / Ecology / HR /CSR/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relation. At least 15 years’ experience.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Qualified Chartered Accountant/ CMA or MBA with Specialization in Finance Management. At least 05 year’s experience.

Project Manager: Full time regular course in Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Rural Management/ Rural Development/ Development Studies/ Social Work from reputed universities/ institutes with not less than 55% marks in aggregate. Minimum 03 years relevant post qualification experience.

Assistant Project Manager: Full time regular course in Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Rural Management/ Rural Development/ Development Studies/ Sociology/ Social Work/ Social Anthropology with not less than 55% marks. Minimum 02 years relevant post qualification work experience in rural sector/ social work.

Assistant Project Manager (Finance): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with Cost Accountancy (ICWAI) or Chartered Accountancy (ICAI) or MBA (Finance). 02 years relevant post qualification experience.

Civil Engineers: Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Civil with not less than 60% marks in aggregate. Minimum 02 years relevant post qualification work experience in rural sector is preferable.

Mobile Health Unit (Coordinator)/ CSR Field Coordinator: Full time regular course in Post-Graduation Degree in any discipline with not less than 60% marks in aggregate. Minimum 02 years relevant post qualification work experience in rural sector/social work. The experience in MHU operation is desirable.
