₹ 3.6 Lakh to ₹ 4.5 Lakh per annum depending upon their experience, last CTC etc.
Eligibility Criteria
HR Officer: Bachelor’s Degree with PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA /MSW/ MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development / etc. Minimum 60% of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
Finance Officer: Bachelor’s Degree with a pass in final examination of CA/CMA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.
Engineer (IT): BE/ BTech in Computer Science or IT with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination.
Engineer (Production): BE/ BTech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production Engg. with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination.
Security Officer: Successful completion of ten months pre-Commission Training Course from the Officers’ Training School, Chennai or from any other equivalent Institution under the Defence Forces or equivalent qualification.

Processing Fee
Rs.500/- only for General / OBC category candidates.
The fee has to be paid through Demand Draft in favour of “Naini Aerospace Limited” payable at SBI SME Branch, Naini, Prayagraj.
No fee for SC / ST / PwBD.
