Age Limit:

Mine Foreman-I: Up to 40 years

Age Relaxation: 03 years for OBC (NCL), 05 years for SC / ST, and 03 years for Ex-Servicemen.

Salary:

Mine Foreman-I: ₹ 26900 – 3% – 48770/- (NE-08)

Foreman: ₹ 27600 – 3% – 50040/- (NE-09)

Mine Mate Grade-I: ₹ 24800 – 3% – 44960/- (NE-05)

Blaster Grade II: ₹ 24100 – 3% – 43690/- (NE-05)

Eligibility Criteria:

Mine Foreman-I: SSLC / Matric Pass. Possessing a valid Mine Foreman’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted). Minimum 06 years experience.

Foreman: Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying. Minimum 06 years experience.

Mine Mate Grade-I: SSC Pass. Possessing valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted). Minimum 03 years experience.

Blaster Grade II: SSC Pass, Blaster’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) + 01 year experience as Blaster in a mining Organization.

MOIL Selection Process:

Computer-based Online Test.

Documents Verification (DV).

Pre-Employment Medical Examination.

MOIL Computer Test

The test will be held in the following cities: Bengaluru, Delhi/NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/MMR Region, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Raipur, and Nagpur.

The computer-based online test will last for 90 minutes (in one sitting) and will consist of objective-type questions (MCQs) worth 100 marks. The breakdown of marks is as follows: 10 marks for general knowledge, 10 marks for reasoning, and 80 marks for subject knowledge. The question paper will be available in both Hindi and English.

Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50% for General/EWS and 40% for SC/OBC (NCL).

MOIL Application Fee:

₹ 295/- for General / EWS / OBC (CL & NCL) Category Candidates.

No fee for SC / ST / Employees of MOIL Limited.

The fee payment method is Online Payment Mode using Net Banking / Credit or Debit Card / UPI / IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets, etc.
