About the role: 

An ideal candidate would be responsible for measuring numbers, efficiency, effectiveness, and impact to assess any HR activity done. Preparing workforce analysis reports which include Headcount, Diversity, Inclusivity, Average Age, Gen Y Ratio, Demographics, and Average Tenure. Implementing analytics and calculating the business value of retention effectively.

 

Expectations/ Requirements

• Collecting and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS-Kronos) and payroll outputs, management, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, and other sources.

• Communicating with each HR Manager to review their reporting requirement and examining the opportunities to automate them in HRIS System.

• Usage of the Pivot table to understand the measures of workforce efficiency i.e, workforce utilization, Span of control, weighted average, and headcount of people.

• Preparing the reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.

• Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports.

• Implementing analytics and calculating the business value of retention effectively.

• To build a cube, 3D graphs to solve problems about attrition, retention plan, and workforce

Planning effectiveness.

• Preparing workforce analysis reports which include Headcount, Diversity, Inclusivity, Average Age,

Gen Y Ratio, Demographics, and Average Tenure.

• Measuring numbers, efficiency, effectiveness, and impact to assess any HR activity done.

• Identifying measurement maturity and lead & lag indicators to prepare Dashboard and Scorecard.

• Using statistical techniques in measuring HR outcomes like attrition, recruitment conversions, and

Compensation.

• Using advance statistical and analysis techniques like correlation, regression, and t-test in different

Reports in terms of prediction and relations among different factors.

                    

• Preparing recruitment metrics which includes Time to Fill, Time to hire, Source of hire, First-year attrition, Quality of hire, Applicants per opening, Selection ratio, Cost per hire, Offer acceptance rate, % of open positions, Application completion rate, Recruitment funnel effectiveness, Sourcing channel effectiveness, Sourcing channel cost.

• Simple data manipulation and data Visualization with Excel Functions

• Initiates the review and analysis of information and makes recommendations on system and

process changes.

• Preparing FSE productivity reports, charts, attrition analysis, recommendation 

• Optimizing the hiring channel strategy based on cost and quality of hire.

• Talent engagement and its importance and ways to measure it.

• Assisting in root cause analysis, investigating any data errors or anomalies.

• Using logistic regression exercise to build a model that helps in the predictive accuracy of the

regression.

 

 

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role.


 MBA (full time from decent college )

6 + years of years of experience in similar role.

3. Must have experience in Workforce Analytics | HR Analytics | MIS| Productivity 

Understanding survey analysis using average scores

Getting data together; cleaning and manipulating data outliers and missing values.

Basic data exploration and understanding of the data; visualization- graphs and charts.

Doing reports of Absenteeism, Overtime reports, Hours reports, Workforce Analysis reports, Safety

Metrics Reports, Recruitment Analysis reports, Point reports.

Creating the report and comments/insights for the same.

Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues
