General Insurance Age Limit:
Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years as on 1st November 2024.
Candidate should have been born not earlier than 02-11-1994 and not later than 01-11-2003 both days inclusive.
Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PwD.
General Insurance Salary:
Basic Pay: ₹ 50,925/- per month
Pay Scale: ₹ 50,925 – 2,500 (14) – 85,925 – 2,710 (4) – 96,765
Total Emoluments: Approximately ₹ 85,000/- per month, plus other benefits such as DA, HRA, CCA, etc.
Geneal Insurance Eligibility Criteria:
General: Graduation in any discipline (60% for General & OBC, 55% for SC/ST)
Legal: Bachelor’s degree in law (60% for General & OBC, 55% for SC/ST)
HR: Graduate in any discipline (60% for General & OBC, 55% for SC/ST), Post Graduation in HRM/Personnel Management
Engineering (Marine, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical): B.E/B.Tech in relevant field (60% for General & OBC, 55% for SC/ST)
IT: B.E/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science/Electronics/Telecommunications (60% for General & OBC, 55% for SC/ST), or Graduate with Master’s in Computer Application (60% for General & OBC, 55% for SC/ST)
Actuary: Graduation in any discipline (60% for General & OBC, 55% for SC/ST), Passed minimum 7 papers of Institute of Actuaries Society of India.
Insurance: Graduation in any discipline (60% for General & OBC, 55% for SC/ST), Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Insurance/Risk Management
Medical (MBBS): MBBS degree (60% for General & OBC, 55% for SC/ST), Registered with Indian Medical Association
Finance: B.Com (60% for General & OBC, 55% for SC/ST).
