Sales Support and Strategy
- Leading the marketing and Branding activities for Ekart
- Scoping the market and drawing a road map for e-kart services with new and existing customers
- MR inputs for Prioritization
- Cross functional working with Operations, Product, Design, IT, Finance and HR to resolve field issues
- Support to the field sales team in customer acquisition
- Sales strategy with 1 year, 2 year and 5 year roadmaps
- Owning the complete product proposition and working with design team to improve the current product proposition to best in class
- Track and improve key metrices like Revenue and SOW growth along with KAM teams
