Expectations/ Requirements
· Develop Fastag / Cash and Fuel Card business Road Map and Platform
· ·Delivery of Annual Operating Plan- Numbers / Market Share / Distribution / Portfolio Quality
· ·Create strong distribution Network- Tie up with Commercial vehicles channels / NBFC’s / Online aggregators
· ·Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions.
· ·Identify other potential Business opportunity in Commercial Fleet business- Affinity layouts ( Petrol pumps/ service stations / Spares parts dealers)
· ·Planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s) profitability.
· ·Team Productivity Management
· ·Acquisition of large Fleet Accounts in your Zone
· ·Service Platform for customers – resolution to issues related to billing , cash back , wrong billing etc.
· ·Leveraging opportunities & Competition Mapping
