Educational Qualifications:
Medical Officer: MBBS with registration under the Indian Medical Council/ State Medical Council. Certificate of Training in Industrial Health of minimum 3 months duration recognized by the State Government or Diploma in Industrial Health or equivalent. 1-year post-qualification experience as Medical Practitioner in Industrial Establishments/ Hospitals.
Canteen Supervisor: Degree in Catering Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management (OR) Three Year Diplomas in Catering Technology / Catering
Science / Hotel Management (OR) 10th Pass with Diploma / Certificate in Catering / Food Production / Food & Beverage of minimum one-year duration
with 5 years post-qualified supervisory experience.
Nurse: Standard X Pass and Three-year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. Minimum 3 years experience in the Emergency / Casualty department / ICC Unit of a hospital / Occupational Health Centre, and should be capable of operating Electro Medical
Equipment’s.
Cook cum Bearer: Standard X Pass and Certificate in Food Production /Cooking from a Government Food Craft Institute / Institute recognized by Government with 5 years experience as Cook (Non-vegetarian/ Vegetarian) in an Industrial Canteen/ similar establishment.
