ECIL Apprentice Age Limit

The maximum age requirement is 25 years as of 31/12/2024. However, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC-NC candidates, and 10 years for PWD candidates.

ECIL Apprentice Monthly Stipend:

Graduate Engineer Apprentices (GEA): ₹ 9000/- per month
Technician Apprentice: ₹ 8000/- per month

ECIL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate Engineer Apprentices (GEA): B.E./ B.Tech Engineering Graduate passed in any one of the following discipline (ECE / CSE / MECH / EEE / EIE) on or after 1st April 2022.

Technician Apprentice: 03 years Diploma in any one of the following discipline (ECE / CSE / MECH / EEE / EIE) on or after 1st April 2022.

Only Indian residents, regardless of their location within India, are eligible to apply.

ECIL Apprentice Selection Process:

The candidates will be called for Documents Verification.

Apprentice selection will be based on the merit of qualifying examination marks after successful document verification. For Graduate Apprentices (GEAs), the merit will be determined by the consolidated marks of the B.E./ B.Tech. degree, while for Diploma Apprentices, it will be based on the consolidated marks of the Diploma.

How to Apply

Interested candidates should register themselves on the website of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) i.e., www.nats.education.gov.in.

Subsequent to registration in the portal mentioned above, the interested eligible candidates shall submit the online application through ECIL website: “www.ecil.co.in” –> ‘Careers’  -> ‘Current Job Openings’.

After applying online, the candidate is required to take the printout of the registered online application form with system-generated application serial number.
