CUB Pay Scale: 

Scale I, II, III, IV & V.

Educational Qualifications:

Assistant General Managers: Professionally qualified/ Post Graduate/ Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/ CAIIB. Minimum 02 years banking experience.

Regional Development Managers / Chief Managers: Professionally qualified/ Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/ CAIIB who are willing to manage field operations as well as branches. Minimum 03 years banking experience.

Branch Managers / Deputy Managers: Professionally qualified/ Post Graduate/ Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/ CAIIB. Minimum 03 years banking experience.

Assistant Managers / Branch Development Managers: Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB.

Relationship Managers I / II: Freshers with Graduation / Post graduation from a recognized University.

Selection Process:
