CISF Age Limit:

Between 18 to 23 years as of 01.08.2023.

The candidate should not have been born, earlier than 02.08.2000 and later than 01.08.2005.

Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST and 03 years for OBC, Up to 40 years for Departmental candidates.

CISF Pay Scale: 

Pay Matrix Level 4 ₹ 25,500 – 81,100/- plus usual allowances as admissible to the Central Government employees from time to time.

CISF Qualifications:

Matriculation with 12th pass from a recognized educational Institution with credit of representing State/ National/ International in games, Sports and Athletics.

Proficiency in Sports:

Individual Event: (i) Should have represented the country as a member of the Senior/ Junior International tournament. (OR) (ii) Should have a medal-winning performance in Senior / Junior National Games / Championship. (OR) (iii) Should have represented a State or equivalent unit, in National Games/ National Championship in Senior /Junior level. (OR) (iv) Any medal in all India Inter University Championship. (OR) (v) Gold Medal in National School Games/Championship.
Team Event: (i) Should have represented the country as a member of the Senior/ Junior International tournament. (OR) (ii) Should have won any medal in the National competition at the Senior/ Junior level.(OR) (iii) Should have represented in State team or equivalent unit, in National Games/ Championship in Senior/ Junior level. (OR) (iv) Member of medal-winning team in All India Inter-University Championship. (OR) (iv) Gold Medal in National School Games/ Championship.

1st Stage:

Trial Test
Proficiency Test
Physical Standard Test (PST)
Documents / Certificates Verification

2nd Stage:

Medical Examination

CISF Application Fee:

₹ 100/- for General / OBC / EWS category candidates.
The fee in the form of a Postal Order/ Demand Draft from the State Bank of India drawn in favor of the officer is payable at the post office/ bank.

No fee for SC / ST and Female candidates.
