The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in bulk hiring to help our company discover and acquire excellent employees across Sales, HR, Marketing among other business functions. The candidate will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover top quality talent, build a strong employer brand and ensure great relationships with stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing & scheduling. To be successful in this role, s/he should have an HR academic background and experience in screening and evaluating candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes including resume screening, screening calls, detailed video interviews, present candidate assessment and data management
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and close staffing needs
• Define job description and search strategy
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in non-tech lateral hiring
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
• Creative ways of sourcing and headhunting talent
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Ability to understand the roles and responsibilities of different roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MBA in HR is mandatory.
