The Role

We at BYJU’S are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales HRBP. The incumbent will be responsible for employee engagement, career development and grievance management, attrition management initiatives. S/he will be required to travel across offices occasionally.
The incumbent would have 3 months of training in Bangalore followed by which the location will be assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travelling across the region and meeting sales employees on a regular basis
    ● Attrition management, employee grievance and query management
    ● Implementing the employee engagement plan
    ● Support the team in the implementation and execution of company rules and policies

Candidate Profile

Specifically, the candidate should have:
● MBA/PGDM (2018-2020) from Tier-2/3 B-School in HR or equivalent field
● Excellent people management and communication skills
● Smart and confident.
