Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

 

About the role: 

We are looking for Business Product Manager who can handle the existing business and product at Paytm.

 

Expectations/ Requirements

·             Should be responsible for external stakeholder management like schemes (Visa/Master/Rupay), NPCI and payment switch

·             Should manage and own revenue / cost line items 

·             Streamline processes with external parties – vendors / government agencies / acquiring bank partners 

·             Manage a project end to end

·             Carry operational activities related to revenue collection

·             Will be part of Offline Payments Business product team 

 

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

·             Masters in Business Administration

·             Ability to engage with and influence external and internal stakeholders and top level executives

·             Experience as a people manager in a fast-paced environment

·             Experience solving business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and providing practical business insights from data

·             Strong aptitude for operations and attention to detail

·             Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
