In addition to the Basic Pay, the following will be payable: Dearness Allowance (DA) based on IDA pattern, HRA (House Rent Allowance, if applicable, based on the class of city of posting), Perks & Allowances, Retirement Benefits and Performance Related Pay in line with Corporation’s policy.
It may please be noted that the retirement benefits are admissible upon separation/retirement as per the Corporation policy prevailing at that time.
BPCL Educational Qualifications:
Junior Executive (Engineering): 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering (60% marks, 55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Associate Executive (Engineering): B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) in above disciplines (60% marks, 55% for SC/ ST/ PwBD).
Junior Executive (Accounts): Graduation (55% marks, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + Inter CA/CMA (not final CA/CMA).
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): M.Sc (Chemistry, Organic/ Physical/ Inorganic/ Analytical, 60% marks, 55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Secretary BPCL: Class X, XII, Bachelor’s Degree (60% marks, 55% for SC/ ST/ PwBD); Diploma in Secretarial Practice desirable.
Work Experience
(as on 01.05.2025):
Junior Executive (Engineering): 5 years (2 years managerial/ supervisory) in petroleum/gas operations, retail fuelling, petrochemicals, or fertilizers.
Associate Executive (Engineering): 3 years (2 years managerial/ supervisory) in similar sectors.
Junior Executive (Accounts): 5 years in finance/ accounts/ taxation/ auditing.
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): 3 years in chemical quality assurance.
Secretary BPCL: 5 years as secretarial assistant/ secretary.
