Grade S-1, Pay Scale is ₹ 25,070 – 3% – 35,070/-
Bokaro Steel Plant Educational Qualifications:
(1) Matriculation (10th Class) Pass.
(2) Completion of apprenticeship training of a minimum one-year duration in designated trade from an integrated steel plant and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by the National Council for Vocational Training.

The SAIL’s Bokaro Steel Plant Attendant cum Technician selection is on the basis of the following Steps:-
Online Test (CBT).
Skill/Trade Test.
