BEL Monthly Salary:
Sr. Field Operation Engineer: ₹ 80,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement and an increase of ₹ 5000/- for every year of extension of contract.
Field Operation Engineer: ₹ 60,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement, and an increase of ₹ 5000/- for every year of extension of contract.
Project Engineer-I: ₹ 40,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement and an increase of ₹ 5000/- for every year of extension of contract.

BEL Eligibility Criteria:

(2) Minimum Post Qualification Experience – 08 years for Sr. Field Operation Engineer, 05 years for Field Operation Engineer, 02 years for Project Engineer-I and 01 year for Trainee Engineer-I.
