BEL Salary:
Project Engineer/ Officer-I: 1st Year – ₹ 40,000/- pm, 2nd Year – ₹ 50,000/- pm, 3rd Year – ₹ 55,000/- pm.
In addition to the above a consolidated amount of Rs.12,000/- per year will be paid towards expenses like medical insurance premiums, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance etc. The additional amount shall be paid in two instalments. The first instalment will be processed in the first month’s salary after joining and the second instalment will be paid after completion of 6 months from the date of joining.
Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Full-time BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering (4 years) for Mechanical & Electrical and MBA/ MSW/ PGDM for HR course from AICTE approved Institute / University in the
relevant disciplines of Engineering 55% and above in the indicated qualification for General, OBC and EWS candidates and Pass Class for SC, ST and PwBD candidates.
(2) Minimum 2 Years post qualification relevant industry experience is mandatory to apply for the post of Project Engineer-I from the concerned discipline.
