General Terms and Conditions:
Job Role
Scrutiny of OTS proposals and providing observations/ recommendation to Sanctioning Committee.
Age Limit:
Maximum 70 years
Remuneration:
Presently Rs. 25000/- per meeting/seating, subject to deduction of TDS as per Income Tax Act, 1961.
Preference:
Preference will be given to residents of Mumbai Metropolitan area.
Period of Engagement:
Three Years subject to annual review.
Quorum of Settlement Advisory Committee
shall be minimum four members (Chairperson is mandatory).
