Job Role: Online Faculty – (Foundation/JEE/NEET)
Location: Work from anywhere
Working days & Shift: 6 days/week (Work from Home)
Department: Academics
Brief on the role
1. Conduct online live classes for the students
2. Build strong conceptual foundations for the students
3. Establish 1:1 connect with the students
4. Coaching & mentoring students
5. On boarding newly enrolled students
6. Helping students with their doubts during & after live classes
7. Content Development
8. Responsible for Academic growth of students & parents’ satisfaction
Qualification
B.Tech/M.tech or M.Sc/MBBS/BDS in the field of (respective subject) from a reputed institute
Required Skills
1. Excellent reasoning and communication skills
2. Can explain complex concepts in simple ways
3. Good Communication Skills
4. Comfortable working in 8 hours per day and 6 days/week (Wednesday will be weekly off tentative)
