The last date for registration of online applications is 19th September 2022.

Age Limit

Not below 18 years or over 25 years for General Category.
Not below 18 years or over 28 years for OBC Category.
Not below 18 years or over 30 years for SC & ST Category.

Remuneration 

Level 4 ₹ 25500 – 81100/- (As per 7th CPC)

Eligibility Criteria

Head Constable (Radio Operator):

(1) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board (AND) 02 years ITI Certificate in Radio and Television or Electronics or COPA or Data Preparation & Computer Software or General Electronics or Data Entry Operator. (OR)
(2) Pass in Intermediate or 12th standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with aggregate 60% marks in PCM subjects.

Head Constable (Radio Mechanic):

(1) Matriculation or equivalent and 02 years ITI Certificate in Radio and Television or General Electronics or COPA or Data Preparation and Computer Software or Electrician or Fitter or Info Technology & Electronics System Maintenance or Communication Equipment Maintenance or Computer Hardware or Network Technician or Mechatronics or Data Entry Operator (OR)
(2) Pass in Intermediate or 12th standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with aggregate 60% marks in PCM subjects.

Selection Process

Written Examination (OMR Based Written Test)
Physical Standard Test (PST) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Documents Verification

Application Fee

₹ 100/- only for General (UR) / EWS and OBC category candidates.
The fee should be made through online payment mode through Internet Banking / Credit / Debit Cards / UPI / Wallet.

Eligible candidates are required to apply online through BSF Recruitment Portal (rectt.bsf.gov.in) from 20th August 2022.
candidates should enter basic details and qualification details.
The candidates should upload scanned copy of recent Photograph, Signature and Educational qualification documents certificates. The closing date for registration of online applications is 19^th September, 2022 up to 11:59 PM.
