BHEL Age Limit:
Supervisor Trainee: 27 years
Supervisor Trainee (HR): 29 years
Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST and 03 years for OBC (NCL).
BHEL Salary:
Candidates who join BHEL as Supervisor Trainees will undergo a one-year training program. Throughout the training period, they will receive a basic pay of ₹ 32,000/- within the pay scale of ₹ 32,000 – 1,00,000/-. Upon successful completion of their training, the trainees will be appointed as Supervisors with a basic pay of ₹ 33,500/- within the pay scale of ₹ 33,500-1,20,000/-.
BHEL Eligibility Criteria:
Supervisor Trainee (Mech): Requires a full-time regular Diploma in “Mechanical” Engineering from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
Supervisor Trainee (Civil): Requires a full-time regular Diploma in “Civil” Engineering from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
Supervisor Trainee (HR): Requires a full-time regular Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Business Management, BBS, or BMS from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
In all cases, a minimum of 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all years/semesters is required (with a relaxation to 60% for SC/ST candidates).

The official announcement of the examination date for the Supervisor Trainee position will be made by Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL).
