CIL MT Age Limit:
Maximum 30 years as of 31st August 2023.
The Upper age relaxation – is 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC (NCL), and an extra 10 years for PwD.
CIL MT Salary:
E2 Grade, ₹ 50,000 – 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of ₹ 50,000/- per month during the training period.
CIL MT Eligibility Criteria
Mining: Degree in Mining Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
Civil: Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
Geology: M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Geology or Applied Geology / Geophysics or Applied Geophysics with minimum 60% marks.
CIL MT Selection Process:
Eligible candidates must have appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2023). The selection is based on the GATE-2023 scores/ Marks and requirements. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of discipline-wise and category-wise, in the ratio of 1:3 in order of merit for further selection process.
The final list of selected candidates will be uploaded on the CIL official website.
These Candidates will be intimated about document verification (DV) and Initial Medical Examination (IME) on the CIL website and also on their registered E-mail ID only.
CIL MT Application Fee:
₹ 1000/- plus ₹ 180/- GST for General, OBC, EWS category candidates.
No fee for SC, ST, PwBD, and CIL Employees.
The fee should be paid through an online payment gateway using Debit/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
