HPCL Eligibility Criteria:
Engineer Posts: 4-year full-time regular engineering course in relevant discipline.
Senior Officer: Full-time MBA or PGDM with specialization in Sales/ Marketing + 4-years full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech.
Fire & Safety Officer: Full-time regular BE/ B.Tech in Fire Engineering or Fire & Safety Engineering.
QC Officers: 2 Years full-time regular M.Sc. in Chemistry (Analytical / Physical / Organic/ Inorganic).
Chartered Accountants: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) along with completion of mandatory Articleship and Membership of ICAI.
Law Officer: 3-year full-time course in law after graduation or 5 years course in law after 12th Standard.
Medical Officer: Full-time MBBS course. Registration at the State Medical Council or Medical Council of India.
General Manager: Associate/ Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) along with graduation in any discipline.
Welfare Officer: Degree in Social Science (OR) Graduation in any discipline AND Diploma in Social Science.
Information Systems Officers: 4-year full-time regular engineering course in B.Tech. with Computer Science/ IT Engineering OR Post Graduate in Computer Applications (MCA)/ Data Sciences.
HPCL Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Computer Based Test, Group Tasks, Personal Interviews, Moot court (only for Law Officers and Law Officers- HR), etc.

UR, OBCNC, and EWS candidates are required to pay a Non-Refundable Amount of ₹1180/- + payment gateway charges if any (Application fee of ₹1000/- + GST@18% i.e. ₹180/- + payment gateway charges if applicable).
