(1) Personnel of the Central Government or Defence Service personnel.
(2) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
(3) 10th pass or equivalent from a recognized Board.
(4) Possession of a valid driving license for Heavy or Light Motor Vehicles.
(5) Knowledge of motor mechanism (the candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle).
