Level 7 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC, ₹ 44,900/-
Eligibility Criteria
(i) B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Nursing / B.Sc. degree in Nursing / B.Sc. (Post-certificate) / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council recognized Institute / University. (ii) Registered as Nurse and Midwife in State/Indian Nursing council. (OR)
(i) Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council recognized Institute / Board or Council. (ii) Registered as Nurse and Midwife in State/Indian Nursing council. (iii) 02 years’ experience in minimum 50 – bedded hospital after acquiring the educational qualification.
Selection Process
Computer Based Test (Written Test)
Skill Test.
Examination Syllabus
Related subject concerned – 70%.
General areas like General Knowledge, General intelligence, General English and General Mathematics – 30%.
Number of Questions and Marks – 100 with each question carrying 4 marks.
Exam Time Duration: 90 Minutes.
Exam Fee
For UR / EWS – ₹ 1,500 + Transaction Charges as applicable.
For OBC – ₹ 1,500 + Transaction Charges as applicable.
For SC/ST – ₹ 1,200 + Transaction Charges as applicable.
PWBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) Exempted from Application Fees.

Eligible candidates can apply online only through JIPMER online application portal (jipmer.edu.in) from 7th November 2022.
The candidates should enter basic details and upload Recent Photograph, Signature and scanned copy of required documents.
